After honing his skills in Guadalajara, he returned home to take the reins—reviving an Italian eatery with deep roots and a fresh vision.

Chef Esther Rodríguez leads the kitchen, preserving the essence of Italian tradition while embracing seasonal creativity. Signature dishes like the burrata salad—layered with house pesto, prosciutto, and bursts of fruit—and the maltagliati al oliva with Gulf shrimp and mushrooms, offer a sublime taste of Italy on the edge of the Pacific.
